TIFF Road Closures – September 10 – September 14, 2026
During the annual Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) there will be portions of King St W, John St, Simcoe Street, Widmer St and Duncan St/Ed Mirvish Way closed from September 10 -14, 2026 and occasional lane restrictions from September 3 – 23, 2026. An application has been received from Cristina Tamburini from The Original Santa Claus Parade at (416) 249-7833, cristina@thesantaclausparade.com, requesting permission to temporarily close the road for the Santa Claus Parade and Holly Jolly Fun Run.

Bloor St W, from Ossington Ave to Christie St
Parade Route (Closure times: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday, November 22)
Start at Bloor St and Christie St.
Travel eastbound on Bloor St to Yonge St.
Turn right onto Yonge St and travel southbound to Richmond St. W.
Turn right onto Richmond St W and travel westbound to University Ave.
Turn left onto University Ave and travel southbound to Wellington St. W.
Turn left onto Wellington St W and travel eastbound to Bay St.
Turn right onto Bay St and travel southbound to Front St. W.
Turn left onto Front St W and travel eastbound to St. Lawrence Market.
